When Elvis Presley was found dead on the bathroom floor of his Graceland home on August 16, 1977, rumours flew about what had killed him.

Adding to the mystery, his family immediately sealed the autopsy report, locking away the secrets of The King's untimely death.

Some said he'd suffered a heart attack whilst straining to use the toilet, others believed years of drug abuse had caused his premature death at 42.

Certainly, the last years of Elvis' life were not lived in good health. The once lithe star weighed in at 25 stone and had gained three and a half stone in the last few months alone after barricading himself in his bedroom and gorging on platters of cheeseburgers while his health deteriorated.
