Eddie Hall has revealed an injury left him “unable” to use his arm during his defeat to Hafthor Bjornsson.Hall finally took on fellow former World’s Strongest Man Bjornsson in a boxing bout earlier this month as the two settled their long-running feud dating back to 2017.

The British strongman was dropped to the canvas twice and left with cuts above his eyes, resulting in rival Thor winning by unanimous decision. But the 34-year-old has now admitted he was suffering from a previous injury, which commentators apparently hinted at during the clash.

He claimed he “detached” a bicep and was therefore “unable” to use his left arm as his opponent claimed the win.Hall said in a YouTube video: “The commentator at some points said is there something wrong with my left arm or hand. “I guess I can only be honest and say yes there was.

I detached my bicep seven months ago and I’ve just been unable to use my left arm. I’m not making excuses, I’m just saying it as it is.”The Beast also sent Bjornsson his congratulations but added that he lost because he “just wanted” to punch The Mountain in the face.Would you like to see a rematch between Hall and Bjornsson?
