Reggie Hayes died less than a month after he rang the bell at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, marking the end of his treatment.
Reggie, who lived with his family in Tyldesley, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma after he became unwell with tummy aches and a fever while at nursery last November.
