After addressing her alleged racist remarks with a statement over the weekend, Doja Cat further defended herself on Instagram Live early Monday morning (May 25).
With hopes of quashing all claims made against her, most notably her 2015 track "Dindu Nuffin," Doja apologized for offending anyone with the song's creation. "To anybody who I've hurt using this term when I used it, it's because I was in chat rooms all the time, and I was kind of locked away," she revealed during her Instagram Live. "I was always on there dealing with people coming at me left and right talking about different slanderous terms after another.
