Blundering doctors failed to spot a husband's heart attack days before it killed him. Graham Kitt, 71, was discharged from Hull Royal Infirmary on the same day he was admitted after a consultant didn't check his blood test results.
They would have indicated the man had suffered heart failure but he was instead diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and sent home.
But Hull Live reports investigation since the death has found Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust was guilty of the "high risk" mistake.
