Disqualified driver jailed over horror footage of him almost running over five-year-old

He was jailed on January 28, for 42 weeks and banned from driving for two years.Ryan Hodgins, prosecuting, said a couple and their four children - aged ten, eight, five and three - had been out for a walk and were returning home before the incident.The children's mum said she had heard Boyce "screeching to a halt" and initially thought he had hit her partner's legs.PC Abbi Jones, of West Midlands Police's Road Harm Prevention Team, said: “Boyce’s driving was dangerous, reckless and could have cost a young life.
