Constance Marten, 35, and Mark Gordon, 48, are thought to be staying in a tent in Sussex. The Independent recently revealed claims that Ms Marten was among the "disciples" abused by the group's leader, "phoney prophet" TB Joshua.
She was said to have been forced to sleep in rooms with the lights constantly on, punished for breaking the group's rules or placed in social exile, made to eat Joshua's leftovers and left "confused and traumatised" by the experience as a whole.
