Cycling legend Sir Bradley Wiggins has Rangers fans in a spin after posing in an iconic strip while battling lockdown boredom.

Sir Brad, who was the first Brit to win the Tour de France in 2012, donned the classic 1996/97 season shirt in the pictures uploaded to Twitter today.The 40-year-old kept it cool in his garden with a pair of sunglasses and trainers alongside an impressive beard and shaved head.He captioned the images "Groundhog Day #lockdown".

And the Ibrox club clearly approved of his choice of clothing, with their official Twitter handle appearing in the comments, writing "Can't beat that 96-97 number.
