A nurse helping coronavirus patients to recover is now facing a 50-minute walk to work after her £350 bike was stolen. Lucy Buxton is a physiotherapist and helps people get back on their feet again after suffering from the deadly virus.
But in a cruel turn of events, brazen thieves stole her ride while she was at work. Writing on Facebook, she said: "I've been working on a ward with coronavirus patients at the hospital with lots of changes to shift patterns. "The only bit of fresh air I've been getting is the cycle to work along the canals but today my bike was stolen outside the main entrance.
