The 24-year-old has already shown the powers-that-be at Old Trafford what he can do in the Premier League, including a superb goal against United earlier this season, curling into the top corner beyond David de Gea in the Foxes' 4-2 win over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
But Kleberson believes a move to United is a "big risk" for Tielemans, as he told Paddy Power: "Youri Tielemans is not at a big club.
