Britain's boozer could be about to close for good within days as coronavirus decimates the pub industry. Leader of the UK's pub industry warn all could be lost within days without "immediate and decisive" Government action.

The British Beer and Pub Association has written to Prime Minister Boris Johnson calling on his Government to take urgent action to prevent mass job losses and permanent pub closures.

The letter follows the Government issuing new advice for people to avoid pubs, clubs and theatres in a bid to halt the spread of coronavirus.
