Southern Charm personality Naomie Olindo has responded to a fraud lawsuit filed by her one-time work associate Virginia 'Ginny' Cox, claiming that Cox stole from her fashion company L’Abeye and tried to extort money with her subsequent suit.In a counterclaims filing reviewed by Page Six Thursday, Olindo, 30, said that Cox 'filed this defamatory lawsuit with the intention of extorting money through a set of claims that are knowingly false,' after she was terminated from the company 'for employee theft and other misconduct.'Olindo claimed Cox had hacked into her computer and gained access to her American Express account (used for Olindo's personal and business endeavors) and used credit card points to buy a Florida vacation.
