RAF pilot practising gravity-defying manoeuvre at thousands of feet in the air.Squadron Leader Jon Bond performed the Mirror Roll move inside the Red 6 and captured the magnificent view of Donna Nook in Lincolnshire.Video shared onto Red Arrow's Twitter shows Jon and Red 7's pilot Gregor Ogston synchronising their moves perfectly.The Red 6 then inverts and turns 180 degrees, the formation pulls up and performs a barrel roll to 2,000 feet.The Red 7 comes in directly under and they both gradually swap the position as if they are mirroring each other.The post explained: "Proving why they're the Synchro Pair: Reds 6 and 7 roll together, above and below, in the Mirror Roll along the Lincolnshire coastline."Donna Nook, with its low-lying coast,.
