The pair rekindled their relationship later into Camilla's marriage, but Charles was set to marry Diana - who was reportedly furious over Charles's passion for his current wife.So much so that Diana is said to have ripped apart Charles' paintings while the two were on their honeymoon together.

Junor also alleged that the reason Camilla and Charles were not married in the first place was due to Camilla not being a virgin and not being aristocratic enough for a royal wedding.

Biographer Junor claims to have received plenty of help in writing Camilla's biography from Charles, friends of the Royal Family and even Camilla.
