In a bid to help boost speed, Virgin Media have recently sent customers some advice, with one tip incredibly easy no matter which internet provider you use.
The media giant's advice explained: "If your broadband is lagging, our first bit of advice is… to turn your Virgin Media hub off and on again," the company said in an email to customers. "Yes, really.
We know it’s not the most technical “hack” but sometimes the simplest solutions are the most effective!"Simply find the power button on your router - the flashing box that hooks up to give you your broadband connection - and turn it off.
