Brighton have confirmed Roberto De Zerbi as new manager on a four-year contract subject to a work permit following Graham Potter's move to Chelsea earlier this month.The club state that the 42-year-old agreed terms with the club on Sunday afternoon having met with Tony Bloom, Paul Barber and David Weir in London to discuss the role.Chairman Tony Bloom said: "I am absolutely thrilled Roberto has agreed to become our new head coach.
