Greater Manchester's fire crews worked hard to keep the public safe on Friday (November 5) as annual Bonfire Night festivities sparked a number of dangerous blazes across the region.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) posted several updates to Twitter throughout the evening showing firefighters tackling several infernos and support staff hard at work handling the predicted influx of calls.
One tweet shared by GMFRS featured video footage from inside a fire engine as crews rushed to the scene of a blaze in Salford.
