Supermarket giant Aldi has come under fire from parents over the design of one of its Christmas soft toys from the Kevin the Carrot range.
This year, shoppers can get their hands on Kevin and his family, as well as Ebanana Scrooge and Marcus Radishford. The toys are set to go on sale on November 25 in Aldi stores, Manchester Evening News reports.
Posting on an Aldi online fan group, one shopper shared a picture of the collection of toys, writing: First look at some of the Kevin Toys for 2021....." However, customers were quickly distracted after spotting a 'disturbing' detail in the photo.Writing under the post, one person slammed: "When I saw the first Aldi advert I got super excited for the little cute banana!!!!!
