Beyoncé will release a new visual album titled Black Is King in July. The visual, which was written, directed and executive produced by the star, will premiere on Disney+ on July 31.
Black Is King will celebrate Black resilience and culture. According to a press release, the album is based on the music of The Lion King: The Gift, the Beyoncé-curated soundtrack for the Lion King remake released last July.
