He claims that suitcases with four wheels make the ground crew’s life easier as they can be easily slid into the hold.You should take some snaps of your luggage before travelling so that it can be identified by staff - and it also means you can have proof of contents if it gets damaged or anything is stolen, making it easier to claim on insurance.

Always pay special attention to what you bring in your cabin and hold bags.Bring a change of clothes, medication, house keys, phone charger and other must-have items in your cabin bag.And, if you’re travelling in a group, split your clothing out among the bags so nobody is stuck without anything to wear if one bag goes missing.
