A jealous and cruel boyfriend poured boiling hot coffee over his former partner during a campaign of abuse and controlling behaviour.
Steven Halliday, 45, originally from Oldham, assaulted Shameem Younis over a period of 13 months, including another attack which saw him bang her head into a shop window.
