student Bharti Shahani, 22, has become the ninth person to die in the crush in Houston, Texas which injured around 300 others.Bharti, from Texas, was declared brain dead on Tuesday at Houston Methodist Hospital, where she had been placed on a ventilator as medics tried save her from a critical condition.Her heartbroken dad Sunny confirmed Bharti's death in a press conference on Thursday afternoon where he paid tribute to her as being "like an angel".

According to MailOnline, Sunny said: "It was the wrong day and the wrong time for her to go to the concert, Astroworld."Bharti used to take care of her whole family.
