Andy Robertson says Liverpool's players helped each other "get to somewhere better" during the mental toil of coronavirus lockdown.
With the Reds on the verge of sealing a first league title in 30 years, football's enforced break even saw some make suggestions that the 2019/20 Premier League season should be scrapped entirely.
That was never really a serious option, but Robertson says the squad leaned on each other to get through an uncertain period. "We went through it all together," the Scot told the Reds website. "From the very start the staff in the WhatsApp group were saying if anyone is struggling with anything, put it in here because if you’re struggling with something, someone else might be struggling with the exact same thing
