Chelsea boss Frank Lampard could yet see more debutants for the club if he turns to the academy once again. The Englishman has made utilising the academy his ethos and has spoken out on how he wants to manage the Blues this way.
It is a far cry from previous coaches, who mostly never gave the youth set-up a second look. Chelsea have one of the best academies in the world and are renowned for developing talent.
