Kevin De Bruyne became the first central midfielder to exceed 30 goal involvements in a season since Frank Lampard ten years ago.
The Manchester City playmaker had perhaps his most impressive season to date despite his side's inconsistent efforts. City still secured second place and could yet add the Champions League to their Carabao Cup triumph.
But they will need De Bruyne to continue his top form after he registered his 20th assist of the season against Norwich. He also bagged a brace, taking his tally to 13 for the year meaning he has contributed towards 33 of City's 102 goals.
