Jason Clayton, who lives in Hopwood, Heywood, says he heard strange noises outside his home after his dogs woke him up at around 2am on Monday (April 12).
He looked out of the window to see his Yamaha Tracer motorbike with its protective cover removed. Two men were crouched beside it, he said.
