A mum who bought a £200,000 'dream' home says she now 'hates it with a passion'. Pauline Collins is desperate for the company that developed the three-bed detached property to buy it back off her.

She claims she keeps finding issues with it and has had enough. The 61-year-old moved back into her native North East from Hertfordshire and was looking forward to a fresh start, reports Chronicle Live.

But after moving in alongside her son Daniel, 41, she says the last six months have been "hell". She got the keys to the Barratt Homes three-bed detached house in November last year, and Ms Collins says she was immediately left unimpressed as soon as she stepped foot inside the door.
