The government’s plan for easing the country out of the coronavirus lockdown has had many Brits baffled. From June 1 schools will start to reopen, and car showrooms and markets will be allowed to open.

Non-essential retail businesses such as shoe and clothes shops will start to open from June 15. But there has still been no word yet on when Brits will be allowed to see family members outside their own household.

But the government has now discussed the reason why Brits aren’t allowed to mix households yet, but can go shopping.
