Why are League One and League Two teams wearing their away kit as part of Shelter's NoHomeKit?

Many League One and League Two teams will be donning their change strips on Boxing Day, as well as those playing at home, all in aid of a good cause.

Homelessness charity Shelter is championing its #NoHomeKit campaign - which also runs on December 27 - in the days after Christmas to raise awareness for the increasing issue of rising rough sleeper numbers and unsafe housing cases.

A number of EFL clubs have signed up to the campaign while it also has the support of the National League, but Premier League rules prevent top-flight clubs from joining in. What is the idea behind the campaign? Shelter has called on the whole of the football community to enrol in the initiative and raise funds to help combat the issues at hand.
