The group includes Live Nation Urban president Shawn Gee, alongside executives from a wide range of disciplines. Warner Music Group (WMG) and the Blavatnik Family Foundation have announced the external board of directors for their joint Social Justice Fund, including executives from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines.
The $100 million fund was announced in June following "#TheShowMustBePaused," an industry-wide campaign to show solidarity with those protesting racial injustice and reflect on ways to drive change.
It is set up in partnership with the Blavatnik Family Foundation, the philanthropic organization headed by billionaire Len Blavatnik, who is the founder and chairman of WMG parent Access Industries.
