One may imagine that a man can create a man not only theoretically but also practically.“He can be a genius mathematician, a brilliant musician or a soldier, a man who can fight without fear, compassion, regret or pain.“As you understand, humanity can enter, and most likely it will in the near future, a very difficult and very responsible period for its existence.“What I have just described might be worse than a nuclear bomb.”The comments have resurfaced as fears grow that the power-mad ruler has sarin gas, one of the most toxic and fast-acting chemical weapons ever created.Washington’s ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said "nothing is off the table with this guy," referring to the Russian president's finger hovering over the button to start a nucler war.
Thomas-Greenfield has previously warned that Vladimir Putin would be ready to use Russia ’s stockpiles of biological and chemical weapons if he felt his troops weren't enough.“Certainly nothing is off the table with this guy.
