Yesterday, millions of Virgin Media customers across the UK were left furious as their broadband stopped working. Without a good internet connection, many were unable to use Netflix, or play games on their Xboxes and Playstations.
Given we're currently in lockdown and have naff-all to do, it's unsurprising to hear that this angered customers, and many took to Twitter to vent at Virgin Media.
One exchange in particular has entertained social media users, as Virgin Media (or at least whoever's behind its Twitter account), proved it has a brilliant sense of humour.
