Britain is set to roast in a 22C mini heatwave over the Easter weekend – the same time the current UK coronavirus lockdown could end.
A burst of hot air will send temperatures soaring towards the glorious mid-20s in just two weeks’ time, according to weather charts.
The latest forecast on WXCharts shows an area of high pressure will sweep the UK on the weekend of April 11 and 12. Temperatures will then rocket into the late-teens and low-20s for the entire nation to deliver a Bank Holiday weekend scorcher.
The predicted weather would come in the same time frame the UK coronavirus lockdown is due to end on Monday, April 13 – the Bank Holiday Monday.
