Preston Magistrates Court heard how his latest crime was to breach post-sentence supervision by failing to attend probation appointments.
JPs heard he was jailed for 18 months in 2018 after drunkenly exposing himself to a bus-load of passengers, urinating and groping a woman’s breasts.
