shooting in Top Valley last night. Nottinghamshire Police were called to the Hucknall Road area just before midnight on Tuesday after receiving reports that the men had been shot.Armed officers were dispatched and the victims, aged in their 20s and 30s, were both taken to Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre by ambulance.They were treated for their gunshot injuries, which aren't believed to be life-threatening.

The police force has now launched an investigation into the incident and police cordons are still in place at a number of nearby locations, including the footpath of Moor Bridge at the junction with Hucknall Place.
