One victim was allegedly attacked after a stranger approached their home in Kirk Brae and tried to flog some merchandise. They had refused the items and were left with a head injury from an alleged altercation that broke out as a result.Police then traced the suspect a short distance away after they had left the scene.Both of the officers were then allegedly subjected to verbal and physical abuse.A 20-year-old man has been charged in connection.A 28-year-old man was also charged after allegedly threatening a woman who refused to buy items from him in Ashfield Road.Sergeant Julie Smith.
