A nearby primary school was put on ‘precautionary lockdown’ following the incident, which happened on Gerald Road, in Charlestown, Salford, on Monday morning (June 14).
Officers were called to Gerald Road at 11.30am, following a report of a ‘disturbance’ involving a group of teenagers and ‘one teenage male refusing to leave a property’, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
Officers attended and two males were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer. They remain in police custody and are due to be questioned by officers
