Soon after the Prime Minister announced that London would be going into Tier 4, one Twitter user couldn't help but crack a joke with the singer as the subject. "BREAKING: giant CGI Rita Ora will arrest anyone trying to get out of London from 00:01 on Sunday December 20th," wrote the prankster.
