Struggling to sleep during the heatwave? You wouldn’t be alone – as many of us have been left struggling to doze off as temperatures soared to 26C.
Thankfully, there are ways to make hot nights more bearable. There are ways to prepare yourself during the day, such as closing your blinds and drinking plenty of water.
But if you’ve failed to take these steps, there’s no need to panic. Chilling your pulse points and freezing your sheets are other ways to combat nighttime sweatiness.
