Nobody was ordering it.Marine consultant Terri Portmann has always wanted to change this, to get us to stop eating only the ‘big five’ (haddock, cod, salmon, prawns and canned tuna) and to buy a broader range of fish from British waters.
But she thinks we’re changing our habits: ‘Covid has brought about a revolution in British fishing.’ Terri knew well before lockdown what the pandemic would do to the industry.
