Police were called at about 2.30pm on Friday August 18 2023, to reports of a man and woman shouting for help. They raced to Velour Close, off Silk Street, and near the River Irwell.
They found a woman and two men who had suffered stab wounds. One of the men, the father, has since had surgery on a life-changing injury.
