Perhaps the apogee of glamorous combustion motoring, the gleaming old Napier lives a quieter life these days at the Brooklands Museum, only occasionally venturing forth to spread a sheen of monograde oil, exhaust hydrocarbons and metal polish over an adoring public.Comparisons are too delightful and by comparison this latest battery-powered Tesla, the Model Y crossover/SUV, emits not one jot of anything.That’s not to say that it is emissions-free, however.
