A Russian army colonel's 14-year-old son has been arrested on suspicion of beating up a homeless man and another teenager in two widely shared videos.
The teen suspect was first allegedly filmed beating a homeless man with a friend in the Russian city of Voronezh when he was 13-years-old in an incident last year, according to local media.
In the footage, two teens can be seen pummelling the homeless man in a flat until the victim falls from the chair onto the floor.
When the video went viral, the teen’s military father criticised his son’s actions and vowed to handle the matter himself. Meanwhile, no one ever filed a complaint about the incident.
