Takeaway worker jailed for nine years after raping underage customer twice

Hawaiz Rashid, who is also commonly known as Waqas, met his victim while working at Ashton Balti House, in Ashton-Under-Lyne, between 2008 and 2010.

The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was 13 or 14-years-old at the time of the crimes, a trial at Minshull Street Crown Court heard.
