Dance queen Arlene Phillips is used to the glamour and glitter of Strictly Come Dancing but she has another more caring side that the spotlight may miss.

And during lockdown, former Strictly judge and Hot Gossip star Arlene has been using her dancefloor skills to help those suffering with dementia.

Working with the Alzheimer’s Society on their Dancing With Dementia campaign, she joined former dance teacher Julie Foster on Zoom to highlight the importance of keeping active.
