Stella McCartney has furloughed staff and is using taxpayers' money to pay their salaries, it's claimed. Despite her rumoured £60million wealth, the fashion designer, 48, will reportedly use the government's job retention scheme to pay her employees.
The move follows Victoria Beckham's widely criticised decision to furlough staff despite her own £335million fortune. McCartney is said to have told her staff there are no plans to top up their wages with any enhanced package, MailOnline reports.
