lifestyle.com.auAustralian cricket great Shane Warne is using his gin distillery to produce hand sanitiser amid shortages due to a global coronavirus outbreak.
The company, SevenZeroEight stopped prouducing gin this week, in a bid to to produce medical grade 70 per cent alcohol hand sanitiser for Western Australian hospitals.
Shane and the company's founders, which include two WA surgical specialists were the ones to make the pivotal decision. According to a statement by Warne, two Western Australia hospitals will receive the sanitiser.
