International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Forges Partnership With Dubai Studios

Nick Vivarelli International Correspondent The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Dubai Studios, which is a unit of Dubai Media Company, have forged a long-term partnership at the Mipcom TV market in Cannes.

The so called “Gala” partnership includes sponsorship of the International Emmy World Television Festival in New York, where over 600 television professionals from over 60 countries convene annually, and the International Emmy Awards Gala as well as International Academy events that will take place in Dubai.

The partnership, which was hailed in a statement as “a significant milestone in fostering television excellence from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and promoting cross cultural collaborations within the global entertainment industry,” was signed in Cannes between Mohamed Al Mulla, group CEO of Dubai Media and Bruce L.
