A pornstar from Perth has broken his penis during a porn shoot. Liam Ellis, 34, suffered the injury after a particularly vigorous day at work.Ellis revealed that the injury occurred when he was filming an intense sex scene with a female and male adult performers.In an interview with Daily Mail Australia, Ellis said, “Basically, I was having sex at the time… and it slipped out and I was still in motion and I wasn’t lined up.“That caused my penis to bend and tear, resulting in a penile fracture.”He continued, “My penis swelled up straight away and after a few hours, it went black from bruising.”According to a news.com.au article, Ellis said that he Googled the issue and realised, “it was pretty obvious I had something called a penile fracture.”He had surgery and was prescribed pills to keep him from getting an erection.Ellis is currently out of work and on the mend. He will be out of action for a couple of months. He is a little worried, however, that this may now become a recurring issue.“’I’m worried it might be one of those things that once you do it, it might happen again,’ he said.According to Ellis, it wasn’t all bad news.“I got a free circumcision out of it, which is something I’ve always wanted.”Before beginning a porn career, Ellis was a drug dealer.

It was something we really wanted to avoid. We wanted it to feel real,” says Kirsten Peters. Adina Sădeanu adds: “John le Carré’s novels, for example ‘A Perfect Spy,’ are so complex. These characters run away from their own humanity. I have always wondered: How do they live? How do they wake up in the morning, after saying so many lies?”

Ben Croll Three-time Grammy winner Cécile McLorin Salvant will team with French studio Miyu Productions and Belgian animator Lia Bertels on “Ogresse,” a wry and irreverent fairytale inspired by a narrative performance piece the musician has toured since 2019. Described as a murder ballad set to a jazz tempo, the animated musical will hit tragicomic notes as it follows a forest-dwelling ogress, ostracized because of her physical difference and pursued by a young hunter determined to claim her heart in either love or combat. Salvant and Bertels — one a lauded vocalist and one a festival acclaimed auteur – will co-direct, marking their joint feature debut adapting the show for the big screen.

A showreel of movies and series made by Pokeepsie Films, the shingle he founded with Carolina Bang in 2009, dazzled at a Next from Spain showcase panel on Monday at Berlinale Series Market. Standouts included the sheer visual boldness of excerpts, their pop out tones, – such as in Eduardo Casanova’s lush pink in “La Pietá” – or mixture of gore, high-production values and comedy, as in HBO Max series “30 Coins.”

Naman Ramachandran Classic cult film streamer Cultpix has struck a 31-film deal from three immensely popular franchises with Japan’s Kadokawa Daiei Studio at Berlin’s ongoing European Film Market (EFM). The deal includes 20 Zatoichi films, eight Gamera films and three Daimajin films. The deal is for the Nordic countries initially, but the aim is for wider distribution eventually. In addition, timed with Nikkatsu’s 50th anniversary of their “Roman Poruno” films, Cultpix rediscovered six previously virtually unknown Nikkatsu productions, shot in Sweden between 1971-1973, with everything Japanese apart from the actors and the locations. The screenwriter, director and behind-the-camera talent were all flown in from Japan. The films were to emulate the popular “Swedish sin” films of the time, as there was a market need for them in Japan.
