The 26-year-old was raced to the University Hospital in Wishaw but died a short time later. Officers from Police Scotland have now arrested a 24-year-old male suspect in connection with his death.The 24-year-old is the second man arrested in connection with the death.Derek Felvus, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with his murder at Hamilton Sheriff Court.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a 24-year-old man has today, Wednesday 2 September, 2020 been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Graham.
